Brand Ownership

All Karya Mandal logos, artworks, and designs are protected intellectual property. Reproduction, resale, or modifications without written consent are strictly prohibited. Customized Karya Mandal items are for personal or corporate gifting use only.

Product Standards

Each item is quality-checked for finish, print clarity, and packaging. Minor color or texture variations may occur from handcrafted or digital printing. Products are made from eco-friendly, ethically sourced materials from trusted Indian makers.

Customization Policy

Customers must provide high-resolution artwork for customization. We reserve the right to decline designs containing offensive, political, or copyrighted material. Approved customer artwork remains the property of the customer and will not be reused.

Care & Usage

Gently wash printed T-shirts; avoid ironing on prints.

Mugs and bottles are dishwasher safe unless noted.

Diaries and paper products should be kept dry.

Returns & Replacements

Returns accepted only for defective or damaged items. Customized products are non-returnable except for clear manufacturing faults. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds process in 7–10 working days.

Sustainability & Ethics

We partner with fair-trade, eco-friendly producers and artisans. Packaging is recyclable, and we encourage responsible disposal.

Reseller & Co-branding

Resellers and partners need written authorization. All co-branding or white-label collaborations must uphold Karya Mandal quality and reputation.

Brand Representation
